ANATAlogix Inc. (“ANATAlogix”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through anatalogix.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We are a Canadian company based in Toronto, Ontario. Our handling of personal information is governed by Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
Information you give us. The only place this website collects personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the name, email address, company name, phone number and message you entered, along with your answers to the two multiple-choice questions on that form. Name, email address and message are required; the rest is optional and you can leave it blank.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, and what kind of device and browser they use. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes an abbreviated form of your IP address. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors, and we do not run advertising or remarketing trackers on this site.
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
What we do with it
We use contact form submissions to reply to you and, if a working relationship follows, to correspond with you about it. We use analytics data in aggregate to improve the website.
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose it for anyone else's marketing purposes. We will not add you to a mailing list because you used the contact form.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that make this website work:
- Hostinger — website and email hosting. Contact form submissions pass through their mail servers and are stored in our email inbox.
- Google — analytics, via Google Analytics 4.
- Cloudflare — spam protection on the contact form.
These providers may process or store data outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union. Information held in another country is subject to that country's laws, which may allow access by courts or government authorities there.
We may also disclose personal information where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept in our email for as long as they remain useful for the enquiry or the relationship that followed, and are deleted when they no longer are. Google Analytics data is retained on Google's standard retention schedule. Server logs are kept on our host's standard cycle.
Cookies
This site sets cookies only through Google Analytics. It does not set advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect anything on this site.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to see it, to have inaccuracies corrected, and to ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent to our use of your information at any time, subject to any legal or contractual requirements.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Security
We protect personal information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site and access controls on the mailbox that receives contact form submissions. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
